Important: MindFlow AI is a fully offline personal mental wellness coach. It does not use OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, or any other third-party AI service. Wellness data is processed on your device only.

1. Who we are

MindFlow AI is published by View Software S.r.l. Contact: privacy@mindflowai.app / viewsoftwaredeveloper@gmail.com.

2. Data stored on your device

Profile preferences (name, goals, routines)
Mood check-ins and notes
Coach conversation history
Meditation progress, habits, achievements
StoreKit subscription entitlement status

This data stays in on-device storage (SwiftData). We do not create cloud accounts for MindFlow AI.

3. On-device AI (no third-party AI)

The AI coach and daily mind-plan personalization run entirely on your iPhone using local coaching logic.

No cloud AI backend
No sharing of mood, chat, or health data with third-party AI providers
Explicit in-app AI privacy consent is required before coach features are available

4. Apple Health

With your permission, MindFlow may read Sleep, Heart Rate / Resting Heart Rate, and Mindful Minutes, and may write Mindful Minutes after sessions. Health data is processed on-device to personalize suggestions.

5. Purchases

Subscriptions are processed by Apple via StoreKit. Apple’s privacy policy applies to payment processing.

6. Notifications

Optional local notifications remind you of your morning plan and evening check-in. You can disable them in Settings.

7. What we do not do

We do not sell personal data
We do not use third-party advertising trackers
We do not send wellness data to external AI providers
We do not operate a content backend that stores your coach chats
