Overview

Pawly AI helps pet parents track educational wellness insights for dogs and cats. We design for privacy-first Apple experiences.

Data we process

• Pet profile details you enter (name, species, breed, weight, notes) — stored locally on your device
• Photos you select for Pet Scan — analyzed only on your device
• Chat questions typed in Pawly AI Vet Assistant — processed only on your device
• Purchase/entitlement status via Apple StoreKit
• Optional HealthKit activity data you authorize

How we use data

• Deliver health score, scans, recommendations, and timeline features
• Run on-device educational analysis
• Manage subscriptions and restores
• We do not sell personal data

On-device AI — no third-party / cloud AI

Pet Scan uses Apple Vision and on-device Core ML only. The Vet Assistant uses on-device educational logic only. Photos, chat text, and pet profiles are not sent to Pawly AI servers, third-party AI providers, or cloud AI services. The app does not currently offer cloud AI features.

Before you use Scan or Chat, the app asks for your explicit consent to on-device AI processing. You may decline and continue using non-AI features.

HealthKit

Health data is accessed only with permission and is never used for advertising.

Children’s data

Pawly AI is intended for adults managing pet care.

Your choices

Delete pet data in-app, revoke Health access in iOS Settings, manage AI consent in Settings, and manage subscriptions in App Store settings.
